Rather than running separate batteries for a helmet's night vision, weapon light, and strobe, the RAILINK bundle unifies power and data across the whole setup from a single source, a feature that matters when every extra battery on a FAST helmet adds fatigue during a long operation. Built for PVS-31A, GPNVG-18, and other current NVG platforms, it's IP67-rated for saltwater immersion and runs from -40°F to 130°F at just 8 ounces, giving operators one less system to fail when it counts.

    Powered Headborne Systems

    RAILINK ARC rails combine a standard dovetail track with an integrated power and data network, so compatible helmet accessories run from a single source without their own batteries or loose cables.

    Night Vision Integration

    A universal VAS/NVG power interface supports a broad range of night vision systems, including fused thermal devices that need power and data. Cables routed inside the rails remove external battery cables and snag hazards.

    Connected Soldier Systems

    Power and data route node to node and through the Battery Pack+, which can act as a controller to share information around the helmet and across a network to other soldier systems.

    With accessories drawing from one power source, they can be smaller and mounted closer to the helmet's center of gravity, lowering wearer fatigue on extended operations.
